It’s just a matter of weeks now until our bride and groom-to-be Vicky and Dan tie the knot! We caught up with them to see how their preparations are coming along and to get a sneak peek at at the images from their pre-wedding photoshoot.
It’s so good to see Vicky and Dan looking so completely relaxed and happy in these beautiful photos taken by their chosen wedding photographer Louise Bowles Photography. Taken a couple of weeks ago at Broadway Tower in the Cotswolds, just 30 minutes from the couple’s wedding venue Cripps Barn, the historic folly was the perfect location for a chilled out photoshoot. Vicky and Dan’s lovely pet spaniel also got in on the act!
Great fans of the outdoors, Louise suggested they all go for a walk together to get to know each other and take some laid-back shots. The results are just beautiful.
Why did you choose Louise as your photographer?
“We chose Louise Bowles Photography back in August last year. Louise was exactly what we were looking for in a photographer, as we are looking for more informal and in the moment shots and this is her style. Louise has shot at Cripps Barn before so knows the venue, which is good. She has a very relaxed aura, which will be perfect for the day and I am confident we will get the wedding photos we are hoping for.”
How are the wedding plans going Vicky?
“We really are on countdown now! The planning is going well. I had a make up trial on Saturday and first dress fitting yesterday, so it’s getting very real! We’re finalising numbers and food with the team at Cripps Barn, about to make our wedding favours, we’ve nearly (!) finished the table plan and other bits and pieces for the barn itself.”
How are you both feeling?
“In control is the phrase I am using at the moment! But we shall see in a couple of weeks!!”
